The tunnel is the interface

Design System

Primitives, brand devices and the physical card: every flat surface is a slice cut out of the infinite gallery tunnel. Void first, orange as a laser, data inscribed.

Production lock

The artifact is final.

Printed assets are canonical. The interface evolves around them, never through them.

Elements · §2.4

Five elements, one triangle. Advantage multiplies damage by 1.25, disadvantage by 0.80 (§5.3), so the hue on a card is not decoration: it is the matchup. All five live in lib/elements.ts; they used to be copied into four components, free to disagree.

FIRE
#ff6a00

The brand accent. Rationed everywhere else, native here.

WATER
#2f6bff

Reads as DEF on the card's stat panel too.

AETHER
#c9b8ff

The only element that alters a stat: +5 CRT (§2.2).

AIR
#22c3e6

The Runestone's element: the flagship collection.

EARTH
#00aa3c

Shares its hue with status-success; never used for status here.

Canonical authored marks

The approved 24×24 path set serves the printed card, battle renderers, tunnel textures and this specimen. These five marks are production assets and do not inherit color, geometry or styling from the surrounding interface.

Approved vector

The production mark is measured from the final artwork: body ratio 0.594, with radius and stroke both fixed at 10% of its width. These values document the approved vector; they are not controls for generating alternatives.

Responsive under 22px

Below 22px the ring drops and the central dot carries the optical weight. The switch is part of the approved mark, not a second logo. Navigation, favicon and printed lockup all originate from this same construction.

Locked usage

Use the supplied full or responsive small state in #ff6a00. Do not redraw, stretch, recolor, add effects or reconstruct the wordmark with live type.

The tally

The tally: three nib-cut strokes, split at their points, closed by a fourth across them

845 bytes · vector

A tally stick recorded a debt in notches, then split lengthwise so lender and borrower each held a half. Neither could forge it alone, because the halves had to meet again to be read. It is the oldest ledger there is, older than writing, and it verifies the same way a hash does.

Each stroke here is cut like a nib and split at both points. A nib splits so it can hold ink and give it up under pressure. A tally splits so no one holds the record alone. Same cut, both meanings: the mark you make, and the proof you kept.
